Psychological counselling is a process of psychological empowerment of a person who faces difficulties in daily life and finds it hard to cope with them. It is carried out with the aim that the person asking for help gradually overcomes the problems and achieves greater life satisfaction.

The goal is finding a way out.

When faced with problems, it often helps to talk to friends, family, and other people with whom one is close. However, when experiencing some peculiar issues, such a way of solving them is not enough and it is, therefore, necessary to speak with an expert.

Psychological counselling as a form of support in dealing with difficulties is one of the manners of addressing the problem with the help and guidance of experts.
